Role & responsibilities
- Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI & Generate organic traffic to all social media platforms
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, content writing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.
- Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally.
- Strong research skills with excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms
- Working knowledge/familiarity with social listening tools
- Provide daily, weekly and quarterly reports to the senior management
- Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Plan the Social Media Calendar in line with the short and long-term goals of the brand
- Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.
- Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.
- Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.
- Location with the Vadodara with work from the office.
- Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
- Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
- Good understanding of social media ads.
- Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar tools.
- Diploma/Any Graduate or relevant Course in marketing, media, or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic customer service skills & good time management skills.
